Recognition for our ‘Respectful’ Value 

Staff at Trinity House Care Home have all received a wonderful review. We have proudly received a big thank you from the family of a resident, following the care and respect given to their mum. 

The core values of Trinity House include showing respect for people’s choices, their lifestyle and their wishes. 

We regularly hold staff awards, and this month staff has voted for coworkers who they believe have displayed and delivered respectful practice. Their act of respectful practice relates to a resident's family and loved ones who went through a difficult time. The family was given respect and consideration throughout and in response, have shown their gratitude for how they were treated. 

Awards will be given to the two staff members nominated. We will feature this in our next newsletter and update our website.
