Nursing Care

Nursing care is available to all of our residents with varying physical restrictions, as well as those who may have higher dependency needs than others, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also provide nursing care to residents who have recently become seriously ill or who may need end-of-life care.

Our nurses excel at recognising when nursing care is the right option for our residents, and they regularly exceed their responsibilities to ensure that everyone receives the best possible care. They have the knowledge and experience to detect any changes in our residents’ health and to determine when it is time to consult a doctor.

What is Nursing Care?

Anyone who requires nursing care can receive it at Trinity House Care Home 365 days a year. Our wonderful team consists of qualified nurses and care helpers, each of whom will be assigned to a resident so that they can have a nurse that’s familiar to them every day. Any questions or concerns you or your family members may have will be gladly addressed by our medical team. If a nurse is not available for a moment, a key worker will look after you, ensuring that you have someone to assist you at all times.

Our Approach to Nursing Care

We work around-the-clock at Trinity House to make residents feel at ease at all times and to help them get the most of their stay, whether for a few weeks or permanently. Our staff is dedicated to giving people the attention and assistance they require in order to reclaim their sense of self and continue to do the things they love. Our staff gets to know an individual as well as their family on a personal level thanks to our effective strategy known as key nursing, in which each resident is assigned a nurse.

We can help with all aspects of daily living, from morning and nighttime rituals, as well as any meal preparation assistance as needed. We cater for the individual as a whole so that they can continue to live life the way it should be lived.

Is Nursing Care Suitable For You?

We understand how difficult it can be to know where to turn for help when considering a move into a care home for yourself, a friend, or a family member. Trinity House Care Home can aid and advise current and prospective residents, as well as their family members, in determining the best course of action for their specific situation.

High Quality, Around-the-Clock Care

In every element of our care, our team is extremely experienced and well-trained in their department. We personalise our care plans for each resident working closely with them and their family to ensure that everyone gets the best care possible for their needs, and that everyone involved is more than satisfied. Not only do we endeavour to provide exceptional care whether that be medical or personal, we also strive to provide all residents with the ability to do the hobbies they’ve always loved doing, or encourage them to try something new so that their lives can be as rewarding as possible.
