Meet the Team

Ann is the Home Manager at Trinity House and has worked in the care sector for over 26 years after initially qualifying as a nurse in 1996. Ann has always worked in the private sector and particularly in elderly care within a care home environment. Ann credits her great colleagues and mentors over the year for enabling her to expand her knowledge and skills, and for providing her with that valuable experiences that have allowed her to progress in care home management, which she has been doing for over 6 years now. Ann has a great passion for dementia care and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to all residents whilst promoting inclusion for all within a care home environment.

Meet Uyen, she is one of our clinical leaders. Uyen has been at trinity house for almost 2 years. When asked what the best part about working in Trinity House she said speaking with the residents and supporting her team.

Abbie has been at Trinity House for over four years now and has been a nurse for 13 years. When we asked Abbie what’s the best part about working at our all-inclusive care home she said “We are like one big family and the residents are like my Grandparents. I love building relationships with them”.

Meet Angie, she is the home’s Administrator who joined the team 7 months ago. When asked about what’s the best part of working in trinity house Angie said she enjoys being the backbone of the home.

Meet Ellen, she is one of the Team Leaders here at Trinity House she has been with us for 3 years. Ellen is currently doing her nursing studies through Trinity House. When asked what the best part of working in Trinity House is she said the people you meet and the bonds you make with the residents.

Meet Shakira who is one of our Team Leaders, when we asked Shakira what’s the best part of working in trinity house, she said getting to know the residents and the team at Trinity House.

Meet Alex, she is one of our new Activity Co-ordinators. When asked what’s the best part about working in Trinity House and she said planning fun activities for the residents and making bonds with the residents.

Meet Tegan, Tegan is one of the activity coordinators, when we asked Tegan about the best part of working in trinity house, she said that even if she gets to make one person smile or laugh it’s been a good day.

Meet John who is our laundry’s chief towel folder. John spends a lot of time in the laundry department having coffee and chocolate and folding the towels for the home. This job has carried on from his previous care home jobs. John said the best part about his role in Trinity House is how he gets chocolate anytime he goes up there. John has done this job for 9 months now and he is an asset to the laundry department.

Meet Ieva, she is part of our reception team, she has been with us for almost a year now. When asked what the best part of working in Trinity House is she said the residents because if not for them where would we be?

Robert started his career with us as a Care Assistant and has now moved onto being a Receptionist. When we asked him what’s the best part of working at our all-inclusive care home, he said “I love hearing staff and residents’ life stories and hearing what they did in their lives”.

Ralph is Callum one of the activity team’s dogs. Ralph spends his Monday to Friday here at Trinity House. He is loved by everyone. However, we can’t ask Ralph the best thing about working at Trinity House is but we like to think it’s all the treats he gets and all the time he gets to play with the residents.
