From the wonderful events we host to the high-quality facilities we proudly provide, we strive to ensure residents feel inspired and valued every day when living at Trinity House Care Home. We truly believe that developing strong relationships and continuing to build close connections with our residents and their loved ones is extremely beneficial to us and how we deliver care. Due to the exceptional work from our Activity Coordinators, there is no shortage of things to do or activities to take part in; residents are regularly offered a varied programme, leaving them spoilt for choice and able to enjoy something new every day.

High Quality, Around-the-Clock Care

From the moment residents arrive at Trinity House Care Home, our team does everything possible to ensure that their stay is welcoming, comfortable and that they feel safe and entirely at ease. We understand that settling into a new home is important and residents can sometimes feel a little anxious, which is why within the first 24-hours, residents and their loved ones will have met with their dedicated staff member, discussed a care plan and any particular requirements and are able to explore their new home and get to know their fellow residents and staff; high-quality around-the-clock care is delivered day and night.
