Nature of Agreement
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using this website which you are accessing at the URL https://trinityhousecare.com/ (the “Site”). Use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and your agreement to enter into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) with Trinity House Care Home (“we”/ “us”).
The Site is owned and operated by Trinity Craighall LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England and Wales with company number OC403926 whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, The Priory, Stomp Road, Burnham, Bucks, SL1 7LW trading as Trinity House Care.
