Care with Health, Safety & Wellbeing at the Core

At Trinity House Care Home, we’re fully prepared for whatever problems our team and residents may face in the upcoming years. We are proud to be able to provide the best level of care to each and every one of our residents, and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond in every scenario. You can trust that our staff is dedicated to making sure that our residents have the greatest possible experience throughout their time with us.

It is important that meaningful contact is supported and maintained for residents. There are no limits on how often residents can receive visitors but it must remain safe and manageable for the care home staff and residents themselves and we ask that these are pre-booked. Anyone who visits a care home should take a LFD test, you will be asked to show proof of the recent negative LFD test before visiting. This includes family, friends, children over the age of 12 and visiting professionals. You may take the test at home before you visit or the home can help you to carry out the test when you arrive.

A Fluid Resistant Surgical Mask (FRSM) must be worn wherever possible, and Infection Prevention and Control measures should be followed as instructed by care home staff. Residents, family, and friends are able to plan outings or activities from the care home and are able to do by working together with the care home to arrange.

For prospective residents, to have a tour of the home, it is necessary for this to be pre-booked and for evidence of a negative LFT test to be presented prior to entering the home. This applies to all guests within your party.

At any time, the COVID-19 regulations and guidance from the Government, National and Local Healthcare Agencies may change. For further information, please click here or contact the Home Manager directly.

Residential Care

Residential Care is the best option for those who need a little extra help with their personal needs on a day-to-day basis. Trinity House residents can enjoy all meals and various social elements of life in a friendly and luxury setting, as well as assistance by one of our friendly staff as needed. This option is particularly advantageous for those who require personal care now and who may require nursing care in the near future: at Trinity House, we can alter our plans to meet your changing needs.

Dementia Care

Our staff at Trinity House Care Home has been well trained and is fully qualified to deal with any and all aspects of dementia. Our staff considers each of our residents as a person, tailoring their care to meet their individual requirements and expectations. In order to create an accurate picture of their lives, we get to know our residents with the support of family and loved ones. We can secure their happiness, comfort, and well-being in this way. Our Activity Coordinator is able to work with people at all stages of dementia, and residents’ family are welcome to visit at any time. We also provide a variety of activities and therapies to assist our residents with memory loss.

Nursing Care

Nursing care is offered to any of our residents who require medical care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have an extraordinarily brilliant team of trained nurses and care workers. Each resident is assigned a nurse who will quickly become a familiar face to you and your loved ones, who will be happy to answer any questions or concerns. If your assigned nurse is temporarily unavailable, another member of staff known as a key worker will look after you, ensuring there is always a knowledgeable and caring member of the team to look after you at all times.

Respite Care

We recognise that everyone needs a break now and then, at Trinity House Care Home is just the place. Whether you’re caring for a loved one or simply need a break from everyday stress, you can relax knowing that you’re in a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Individuals who need to recover from an illness or a hospital stay will benefit from respite care also. Many residents plan a temporary stay with us to see if our home is the right fit for them beforehand. Our respite care can be customised to match your schedule and care plan, with special attention paid to all needs and requests.

A Wide Range of Facilities

All of our residents are encouraged to take advantage of a variety of amenities we have on offer, as well as a rich and diversified activity programme that we encourage all to participate in. We strive to give all of our residents consistent, high-quality care and support, and we always go above and beyond to ensure that they are safe, engaged, and connected to friends and loved ones. We want nothing more than for our residents to live the full lives they deserve.
