Recognising our Nurses this International Nurses Day

On Thursday 12th May, Trinity House Care Home took part in International Nurses Day by reflecting on the wonderful work our Nurses do and rewarding them for their dedication. Our Nurses inspire us every day with the care and support that they give both our staff and residents, and whilst they always provide high standards in everything they do, their commitment throughout the COVID-19 pandemic was nothing short of exceptional.

To mark the occasion, we decorated the home with 'NURSE' letter balloons, and gifted our Nurses with a hamper of goodies, alongside novelty t-shirts that referenced how Nurses truly are superheroes! These gifts are extremely deserved by all of our Nurses for their knowledge, unrivalled levels of care, and for the respect and kindness that they show.

Nurses have been celebrated all week across the globe thanks to International Nursing Week, and we encourage everyone to take a moment to say "thank you" to these incredible healthcare professionals.
