Support at Trinity House Care Home
At Trinity House Care Home, personalised care is at the heart of our approach. Prior to moving into our home, we offer prospective residents and their family members and friends the opportunity to come in and speak to our experienced care team. We then offer our advice and help in deciding what route is best for you, and ensure that we can successfully meet your individual needs. Upon joining the Trinity House family, we create customised care plans that are specific to the requirements of each resident. These are regularly monitored and if we identify any changes that are needed, we consult both our residents and their loved ones first.
We value each and every one of our residents for the individuals that they are and we understand that they all have different interests and preferences. All of our support and care teams go to great lengths to build relationships with our residents to learn exactly what they like and dislike. Whether it is our activities team who creates our weekly programmes, or our Chef that puts together our delicious menus, we take on board our resident’s preferences to enable them to live their lives how they want. From the various care services we provide to the facilities and the activities we hold, we are proud of the varied, comforting, and supportive lifestyle we offer.
We are also proud to be regulated by the Care Inspectorate (CI), a scrutiny organisation that supports improvement in health and social care services across Scotland. At Trinity House, we are always striving for the highest standards in everything we do.
