At Trinity House Care Home as a part of our activities programme, we host regular musical events each month including our “Sherryoke” afternoons, which is a karaoke session by our residents that includes a glass of sherry! We also host frequent Cocktail and Mocktail afternoons around the piano with communal singing and of course our “Feel the Glow” dancing in the dark activities.
Our activities programme is the perfect opportunity to gather our residents together to encourage new relationships within our home. Our varied activities programme focuses on our resident's interests by ensuring they continue doing things that they love as well as the opportunity to explore new hobbies.
Our team go above and beyond to ensure that our residents live a fantastic lifestyle at Trinity House Care Home. We have seen the first-hand benefits of our residents singing, from relieving stress, improving lung function, enhancing memory for dementia residents and helping to develop new connections within our care home.
