We have a wonderful team of activity coordinators who aim to make sure the social calendar is always filled with engaging and exciting excursions to look forward to, all with easy public transport links for the family or friends to join as we take out residents from trips to the local shops, to other bigger events.
Bonnington is a district within Edinburgh and there is plenty to do in and around the area. Not only exploring Edinburgh and the main attractions, you can visit Almondell and Calderwood Country Park, which provide a woodland and riverside walk with picnic areas or you could visit Almond Valley Heritage Centre, which is closer to Livingston, West Lothian. It’s a woodland area with much to see and do, alongside the Mill Farm where you can visit farm animals including Highland cattle, sheep, horses and ponies, goats and ducks.
