Our care home has a dedicated team of registered nurses and care assistants who provide 24-hour support. We take a person-centred approach, ensuring that each resident’s health needs and personal preferences are met. Our team is equipped with modern nursing equipment, including adjustable beds and a nurse call system, to provide the highest standards of care.

The process begins with an assessment of the individual’s care needs and personal preferences for activities and diet. A bespoke care plan is then created by health professionals. Once everything is in place, the resident moves into their personalized room, whether for a short-term or long-term stay.

We offer comprehensive medical support, including appointments with GPs, dentists, opticians, chiropodists, and physiotherapists. Our qualified nurses are on-site to assist with daily living activities and medical care, ensuring that all health needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

At Trinity House Care Home, we require a 28-day notice period for residents receiving any of our long-term care types and are looking to move out. Our compassionate team are on hand around the clock to support you with your moving transition and answer any further questions you have.
