Meet our New Home Manager, Ann
Trinity House Care Home are delighted to announce that they have appointed Ann Lyell as their new Home Manager.
Ann joins Trinity House Care Home in Edinburgh having worked in the care sector for over 26 years now. Ann's introduction to care came after qualifying as a nurse in 1996. Since then, she has always worked in the private sector and particularly in elderly care within the care home sector.
Throughout Ann's career, she has met a number of great people and worked with inspiring colleagues who have been good mentors, enabling her to expand her knowledge and skills. Ann's working history has provided her with valuable experiences that have helped her to progress into care home management, a role she has worked in for the last 6 years.
Ann has a great passion for dementia care and her aim is to ensure that all residents are delivered with the highest quality of care. Ann takes a holistic approach to care and values the importance of delivering person-centred care to each and every resident. As Home Manager, Ann will be striving to promote inclusion for all within a care home environment.
When Ann isn't at Trinity House, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and socialising with friends. Ann is very much a people person and is looking forward to meeting and collaborating with all the residents, relatives, and staff members at Trinity House.
Ann is delighted to be joining Trinity House Care Home as the new Home Manager and we look forward to seeing what positive changes Ann implements throughout the home.
