Fundraising for RSPB

In August our family at Trinity House took the opportunity to honour one of our former much-loved residents and ventured out in the blustery weather to Wardie Bay, just a mile from Trinity House Care Home. Our special resident loved outdoor swimming so it felt it would be a fitting mark of respect to swim in her memory.

70 of our friends and family gathered together at Wardie Bay Beach and braved the cold water and raised a massive £500, which was donated towards RSPB, her favourite charity. We are extremely grateful to everyone that participated and donated as it was a massive success and a huge thanks to Ralph the collie who had to be caught in on the action.

At any opportunity, we can we make sure to make use of the beautiful surroundings and coastline that Trinity has to offer us. We provide our residents with plenty of opportunities that allow them to get out and about in the local community to be at one with nature.

For our residents that enjoy exploring the great outdoors, there is an array of outdoor tourist spots to visit, whether it is nature walks or an abundance of historical castles with their loved ones,  there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.
If you are looking to accommodate yourself or your loved one at Trinity Care Home and would like to find out more regarding the care options we have to offer, or the wide range of activities we provide our residents with at Trinity House Care Home, then please do not hesitate to contact us and a friendly member of our team will be happy to help.
