Meet the Team

Ann is the Home Manager at Trinity House and has worked in the care sector for over 26 years after initially qualifying as a nurse in 1996. Ann has always worked in the private sector and particularly in elderly care within a care home environment. Ann credits her great colleagues and mentors over the year for enabling her to expand her knowledge and skills, and for providing her with that valuable experiences that have allowed her to progress in care home management, which she has been doing for over 6 years now. Ann has a great passion for dementia care and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to all residents whilst promoting inclusion for all within a care home environment.

Abbie has been a nurse for 13 years, she started her career at Trinity House as a nurse and progressed to clinical lead and she has now been promoted to Deputy manager. When we asked Abbie what’s the best part about working at our all-inclusive care home she said “We are like one big family and the residents are like my Grandparents. I love building relationships with them”.

Angie is the home’s Administrator, when we asked Angie what the best part of her job is she told us that it was meeting the residents and the families and building relationships with them.

Alison is our Head of Housekeeping, she has recently joined our team, when asked what she enjoys most about working at Trinity she said chatting with the residents as she cleans and learning about them.

Meet Ellen, she is one of the Team Leaders here at Trinity House she has been with us for 3 years. Ellen is currently doing her nursing studies through Trinity House. When asked what the best part of working in Trinity House is she said the people you meet and the bonds you make with the residents.

Anna is one of our team leaders when we asked her what the best thing about working at Trinity House was, she said that we are all a family, and no two days are the same.

Alicja is one of our staff nurses, we asked her what the best thing about working at trinity house is, she said talking with the residents and seeing the difference she can make for them.

Nasirat is one of our care assistants; when we asked her what she enjoys about working at Trinity House, she said that the residents are like her family.

Ellie is one of our care assistants, when we asked Ellie what she enjoys best about working at Trinity House she said chatting with the residents going out with them, and learning about their lives before Trinity House

Alex is one of our Activity Coordinators. When asked what’s the best part about working in Trinity House she said planning fun activities for the residents and making bonds with the residents. Alex is proud of the birthday wish plans that she started when she joined the team which have been a big success in the home.

Tegan is one of the activity coordinators, when we asked Tegan about the best part of working in Trinity House, she said that even if she gets to make one person smile or laugh it’s been a good day.

Ewan is one of our newest housekeepers, we asked what the best thing about working at Trinity House was and he said building bonds with the residents and staff.

Billy is our newest receptionist to join our team, when asked what he enjoys the most about working at Trinity he said meeting new people and seeing all the residents

Robert started his career with us as a Care Assistant and has now moved onto being a Receptionist. When we asked him what’s the best part of working at our all-inclusive care home, he said “I love hearing staff and residents’ life stories and hearing what they did in their lives”.

Sam is one of our hairdressers, when we asked Sam what the best part is about working at Trinity House, she said it is chatting with the residents, transforming their hair, and helping them feel their best selves.

Peter is one of our kitchen porters, peter recently transferred from one of our sister homes and has said that he has an eye for details, and this is shown through his work at Trinity House.

Meet John who is our laundry’s chief towel folder. John spends a lot of time in the laundry department having coffee and chocolate and folding the towels for the home. This job has carried on from his previous care home jobs. John said the best part about his role in Trinity House is how he gets chocolate anytime he goes up there. John has done this job for 9 months now and he is an asset to the laundry department.
