Our person-centred care home believes in building strong relationships and treating each other with respect.     Ann is the Home Manager at Trinity House and has worked in the care sector for over 26 years after initially qualifying as a nurse in 1996. Ann has always worked in the private sector and particularly in elderly care within a care home environment. Ann credits her great colleagues and mentors over the year for enabling her to expand her knowledge and skills, and for providing her with that valuable experiences that have allowed her to progress in care home management, which she has been doing for over 6 years now. Ann has a great passion for dementia care and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to all residents whilst promoting inclusion for all within a care home environment.

    Abbie has been at Trinity House for over four years now and has been a nurse for 13 years. When we asked Abbie what’s the best part about working at our all-inclusive care home she said “We are like one big family and the residents are like my Grandparents. I love building relationships with them”.

    Trinity House has appointed Jean to be our home’s resident ambassador, jean spends her mornings in the home delivering the newspapers and the mail to each resident. Jean is always a helping hand in the home and has always been a voice for our residents.

    Meet John who is our laundry’s chief towel folder. John spends a lot of time in the laundry department having coffee and chocolate and folding the towels for the home. This job has carried on from his previous care home jobs. John said the best part about his role in Trinity House is how he gets chocolate anytime he goes up there. John has done this job for 9 months now and he is an asset to the laundry department.
