At Trinity House Care Home, we pride ourselves on offering exemplary services and facilities in a luxurious and welcoming environment, that allows our residents to make the most of every day. We think it’s important that our residents keep doing the things they love, which is why we make the effort to listen to their hobbies and interests, and incorporate them into our programme.

Our home is based in the heart of Edinburgh, the beautiful capital city of Scotland. When we’re not hosting activities and entertainment within our home, our Activities Coordinators plan exciting excursions where residents can visit all the local attractions. We have a chauffeur-driven car service where residents of Trinity House and their loved ones can go exploring with ease.

Activities for Every Type of Person

Every resident that stays with us is treated as the individual that they are, and we understand that everyone has their own preferences and interests. Our excellent Activity Coordinator works exceptionally hard to ensure that our activities programme is bursting with a variety of activities and trips that cater for all our residents interests. From movie afternoons in our cinema, to days out at the beach and parks, at Trinity House Care Home, a social and active lifestyle is guaranteed.

Encouraging Residents to get Involved

Our activities programme has a plethora of benefits. The activities and entertainment we host have a highly positive impact on our residents physical, mental and social wellbeing. Because of this, we actively encourage our residents to get involved as much as they like, and as a result, our home frequently receives singing performances from our very own residents. We believe it’s never too late to pursue your passions, and whether it’s through our ukelele lessons, arts and crafts sessions or sightseeing trips, we love to see our residents bonding, doing what they love, and learning something new.

We’ve carefully planned a diverse range of activities on a daily basis, guaranteeing that our residents enjoy unique experiences each day.

We are delighted to offer a diverse range of activities and opportunities for residents. From day trips that include shopping and leisure activities to in-house activities such as pamper days, board games, film evenings and quizzes, there’s something for everyone.

Examples of fun-filled events we regularly hold at Trinity House include summer BBQs, Halloween parties, fundraising events, Christmas events and everything in between.
