Cinema has the power to transport you to another world; it can make you laugh, cry, and reminisce in ways that few other forms of entertainment can. Trinity House’s dedicated movie room was designed to bring our residents closer together, and it’s the perfect location for friends, family, and loved ones to sit back, relax, and spend time creating memories.

For our residents to pick from, we have an outstanding film collection. There’s a good chance that something in our film library will appeal to every one of our residents, ranging from black and white romance classics to rom-coms, to the more modern releases.

Enjoy a Cinematic Experience

Only one way to truly appreciate cinema is to relax comfortably and watch it on a wide screen while enjoying your favourite snack. At Trinity House Care Home, we invite you to do just that. We want you to make yourself as comfortable as possible in our movie room while viewing your favourite films, either alone or with your fellow residents. You are also welcome to rent out our cinema room to spend time with your family, whether for a particular occasion or simply because you have always enjoyed this pastime.

Cinema Room FAQs

Our cinema room has been designed to provide residents with an in-house cinema experience. From a large screen and comfortable seating, to cinema-style refreshments and a selection of film titles to choose from, residents can sit back and watch their favourite films.

Each resident is welcome to make use of our cinema room as part of their weekly fee. Loved ones can also join residents in using our cinema room, and if requested, we can arrange for residents to enjoy private viewings with friends and family.

We are pleased to offer a variety of titles and genres and we work closely with our residents to learn about their favourite films so that we can make sure to include a film for everyone. Occasionally, we also show special televised events such as sports and national celebrations.
